Ohio Peer Recovery Organizations (OhioPRO) believes that all persons with a lived experience – our friends, families, and neighbors – should live with hope, health, a sense of belonging, and purpose. As such, OhioPRO truly serves as a statewide advocate for all persons with a lived experience and those organizations that provide them services. As an advocate for and the voice of peer organizations and peer services providers, OhioPRO offers membership, at varying levels, to organizations who provide peer support services. OhioPRO would like to invite your organization to apply to become a member of OhioPRO. Membership to OhioPRO has its benefits. Members will have access to the OhioPRO website’s Members-Only Area where organizational policies can be posted and shared. Based upon your organization’s membership level, it may be entitled to funding opportunities as announced by OhioPRO. OhioPRO membership is open to any organization who is certified by OhioMHAS to provide peer services. Members may be certified as peer run organizations which inludes PROs, Clubhouses, and Recovery Community organizations. Members may be certified to provide peer recovery services, supplemental behavioral health services or one of the many other mental health and substance use disorder services certifications. Membership benefits include invitations to events, access to trainings and other resources, workshops and technical assistance.
